How We Facilitate Deals

We host a robust website/platform that offers Partner communities the opportunity to invest in the latest and most hyped deals. Here's a breakdown of our process:

Discovery

Discovery: Our team continuously scouts the market for promising Web3 projects. We leverage industry connections, market research, and community insights to identify high-potential opportunities.

Sourcing

Sourcing: Once a project is identified, we engage with the founders and team to gather comprehensive information. This involves assessing the project's viability, potential impact, and the team's capabilities.

Vetting

Final GP Review

A cliff period is a predetermined time frame during which no tokens are released. This ensures that the project team remains committed and delivers on their promises before any significant token allocation.

Linear Vesting

Post-cliff, tokens are released gradually over a specified period. This method provides a steady release of tokens, aligning incentives and ensuring long-term project commitment.

Example: Cliff Period: 12 months Vesting Period: 36 months with linear vesting, meaning tokens are released monthly over three years after the cliff period ends.
